The big games tomorrow, predictions

These are these weeks predictions for the winners for the games i care about.

Was vs Car

Carolina will finally get its win this week. The red skins have been iffy all year. Although I don't really think Newton will have a "big" year until probably his third year, he is plenty good enough to lead his team to victory.

GB vs MIN
This is hardly a fair lineup. Min will go down in flames to the packers. I feel as though Ponders will have a good start but forced a to FG and then have a "heater" towards the end.

CHI vs BUC
Chicago will win, they desperately need a win and I honestly think Freeman is over-rated. Although this is probably one of the closest games this week.If the BUC will win it will be through domination through the entire game. Otherwise it will be a back and forth which will end with a last second win for the bears.

KC vs Oak
Sorry not familiar with KC but i enjoy the raiders. Not much objectivity here.

BAL vs JAg
Baltimore is a beast, jaguars are subpar on the other hand, it would take a miracle for the ravens to lose this.

DEN vs Miami
Den will lose. I know, shocker. Tebow will debut but I honestly doubt that a new QB under this much pressure will win,. Even though it's against miami, I still doubt that Den will win xD

SAINTS vs COLTS
Colts will lose again, not much to say here. I like Curtis Painter for what he is. but in all honesty compared to the Saints strengths and the fact that they have something to prove after losing to the Bucs i honestly doubt that the Colts will win.

Steelers vs Arizona
Arizon is going to get stomped, sub par team over all, while on the other hands the Steelers are finally rebounding after a poor season start.

Oh well that's it for me!

Conclusion of Sunday Football

So tonight's games have concluded, and woah, talk about a woozy. As mentioned earlier Lions were upset, then a funny moment happened between the coaches.
Sean Peyton got injured! (Link as promised haha)
Cowboys ended up losing to Patriots, but really there's no surprise there. To be honest it amazes me that people thought Romo would be a great. He lacks several essentials and is a Tier 2 QB on a good day. In comparison a top tier QB on a good day is a god, usually unstoppable and sets records...

As for THE game, Bears vs. Vikings, I gotta say it was a stomp, Bears just destroyed the Vikings. Although my score predictions were off  my winners weren't. 4 for 4 :) I must say that I'm surprised by the awkward scoring today, Patriots/Cowboys are known for their shootouts, and when I think of the Bears/Ravens I think low scoring teams which when they dominate it's through shutting down the opposing offense.

On a side note, I'm going to be keeping my eye on Christian Ponder after his short lived but amazing performance. He's a rookie drafted in the first round last year. He might be replacing McNabb sooner than I thought. He reminds me Aaron Rodgers, my favorite QB. His pocket awareness was  amazing. However I feel as though he will be one of those bright flames which get cut short due to injury. Only time will tell!

Anyways, today was fun, I'll perhaps post something about tomorrow's game! Good night guys!

What's going on today? NFL

So I've been a bit busy but it seems that this season is filled with the bizarre.
1) Sean Peyton injured! The coach go tackled!!!
(will post link later)

2) Lions were undefeated, kinda depressing they ended up losing, was hoping for a showdown between them and the packers.

3) Patriots and Cowboys are stalling! 3 turnovers, no as I was writing this, 4 turnovers! 1 int and 1 fumble to each team.

4) Packers didn't score as much as I believed, but neither did the rams.

5) Steelers aren't doing so hot this year, and the Eagles have been struggling hardcore, patriots lost to the bills (after a huge win streak agains them, i believe it was somewhere 8 to 14 wins!)

But yeah I thought I'd post this to exhibit my surprise haha.

Week 6 NFL

Hey guys, first post for this division of my blog network... I'm going to post my predictions for the matchups I care for :)
Green Bay 38 vs. Saint Louis 16
GB: 1 FG + 5 TD's = 38
RAMS: 3 FG + 1 TD = 16

Aaron Rodgers is going to come out on a heater and put up an impressive lead, rams will struggle all game getting a few field goals in, by mid/late 3rd quarter Aaron rodgers will be "cooled" and no longer be putting up significant plays and the final score will be given by a pick 6.

Chicago 17 vs. Minnesota 13
BEARS: 1 FG + 2TD = 17
VIKINGS: 2 FG + 1 TD conversion = 13

Bears will start off with absolute failure, Minessota will come back with a strong drive scoring a TD, but will not score another TD for the rest of the game, they'll keep a lead with field goals for a bit. Right before second half there'll be a punt to Devin Hester/Knox, they'll recover good position and a 1 - 2 punch will happen with remaining few seconds on clock to score. After start of second half, Bears come out strong with another td and assume lead and keep it for rest of game.

Patriots 32 vs Cowboys 30
NE: 4 TD + 1 FG + 2pt conversion = 32
DAL: 3 TD + 3 FG = 30 points

NE will start mild, get 1/3 points in first half, just utter destruction second half. However Dallas will be keeping up because Tony has something to prove, but by second half they'll stall out and because he's been "reigned in" to play more safe they'll be settling for field goals.

Ravens 17 vs Texans 14
Balt: 2 TD + 1 FG = 17
Texans: 2TD + Missed FG 14

Ravens win, they're a better all around team then the Texans. Although Texans will have some cool plays.

Well that's it, let's see what happen tomorrow! (Wouldn't it be funny if I was right on all these? LOL)
